Solstice is a classic hack ’n’ slash à la DMC. Brian and lute are two sisters who were born as Chimera and fight against chaos. The transformation into a Chimera has awarded Brian superhuman forces and resilience. Lute, on the other hand, was sacrificed to connect her soul to that of her sister.

How does it work in solstice?

keep your unit at a glance
The bond between Brian and Lute is called unit. The higher their harmony, the more efficient their common struggle. The two portraits in the upper right corner of the screen indicate the level of Brian and Due's unit.
unit level
You can win or lose unity during the fight. The successful combination of the Lute and Brian skills increases your unit, which fills the indicator. If you are hit or reversed by opponents, your unit is reduced.
synergy attacks
If you have brought the unit to the highest level, the symbol lights up, and you can start a synergy attack. Synergy attacks are devastating attacks with which you can free the whole field of enemies. Each weapon has its own synergy attack. Further synergy attacks can be activated under forces.
fields and entropy explained
With lute, you can activate two different fields **, which surrounds you like a large dome. Range and effectiveness can be improved later.
summoning field
The blue summoning field manifests every heavenly object nearby, such as platforms and Kobaltader . In addition, you can only attack enemy spirits if they are in your summoning field.
Banning field

What are the best upgrades for the beginning?
For Brian's upgrades you need red crystals , which you will receive by defeating enemies or destroying red crystal accumulations. Lute upgrades cost Blue crystals , which you get by destroying main veins.
Friars upgrades increase the damage to your weapons and unlock new combos. Lutes upgrades improve the counterattack and their offensive attacks.
