Prices for GPD Win Max 2, Windows are announced
The GPD finally announced the prices for various configurations of the Win Max 2 portable Windows Consolidation 2. To begin with, let's clarify that the device looks like a laptop over which the controller’s elements are located above the keyboard, and there are analog triggers from the back. The console will be delivered with AMD Ryzen 7 6800U and Intel i7 1260p processors (4 large nuclei and 8 small).
The most basic version with Ryzen 7 6800U will cost customers $ 899 and will receive 16 GB of RAM LPDDR5, as well as a 128 GB drive. The version with a storage for a terabyt will cost $ 100 more, and the additional 16 GB of RAM will add another $ 100 to a total of $ 1199. The version with the Intel processor at 128 GB of the drive, apparently, does not happen, and therefore the basic console will cost $ 999 and provide a terabyte drive and 16 GB of RAM.
The manufacturer also offers additional optional modules. Another terabyte SSD will cost $ 139, and a 4G module-$ 79.
The crowdfunding company has not yet been launched on the console, and therefore nothing is known about the dates of the start of sales.
